O BACALHAU COM BROA E BRÓCOLOS
Ficou mesmo uma delicia..de um dia para o outro.
Esfarela-se o miolo da broa com os brócolos só mesmo a flor dos brócolos, uns dentes de alho picados e bastante azeite.
Fiz com migas de bacalhau deixei-as de molho..........no dia a seguir...coze-se o bacalhau e guarda-se a água da cozedura.
Fritam-se batatas aos quadrados põe-se num tabuleiro, o bacalhau por cima e finalmente a broa com os brócolos.
Rega-se com um pouco da água da cozedura e com mais azeite vai ao forno até corar.
No cantinho do pirex está uma ideia como ficou., maravilha aconselho mesmo este bacalhau.
Ingredientes:
1lata de leite condensado
4 ovos
1,5 medida de leite
1 colher de sopa de farinha
2 bananas madurinhas
Preparação:
Mistura-se tudo leva-se numa forma untada com caramelo líquido e leva-se a cozer em banho maria no forno cerca de 45 minutos, panela de pressão cerca de 15 minutos.
Desenformar frio.
