Ingredientes:2 chávenas de farinha
1 ½ chávena de açúcar
1 colher (chá) de fermento
6 maçãs cortadas em meias luas
canela q.b.
sultanas q.b.
200 g de manteiga derretida
3 ovos
3 colheres de (sopa) de açúcar
Preparação:Unte um pirex, rectangular ou redondo, com manteiga. Coloque sobre o fundo as maçãs descascadas e cortadas em meias-luas. Polvilhe com canela e sultanas a gosto. Por cima coloque a farinha que foi previamente misturada com o açúcar e o fermento. Regue com a manteiga derretida e, por fim, adicione-lhe os ovos batidos com as colheres açúcar. Leve ao forno a cozer até ficar dourada (todos os elementos se misturarão formando uma massa). Deixe arrefecer e sirva morna ou fresca, conforme preferir.
nota:na próxima faço numa forma de fundo amovível,pois a minha tarteira é baixinha...mas mesmo assim não fugiu nada de lá dentro..
